Description

An incredible chardonnay hidden away in a region you would not normally consider looking in. The nose is full and full of warm toast and vanilla bean notes and heaps of Burgundy style vibrancy. The palate is extremely fresh and bright with a great acidity. There is also a delicious density creamy aspect balanced with the minerality of limestone and a lightly salty finish.

Delivery Information

The more than 1,200-year-old Seehof is located in the middle of the old town center of the Rhenish-Hessian municipality of Westhofen, directly at the source of the Seebach. Now in the fifth generation, the Fauth family runs the 17.5 hectare winery here. Senior Ernst is primarily responsible for the work in the vineyard, Junior Florian takes care of the vinification and sales.
