Store Manager


Due to an internal restructure and promotion, we are now looking for a Store Manager.

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced management candidates with demonstrable leadership skills and a passion for wine. You will be responsible for running all aspects of a hybrid retail wine business including retail sales, drink in hospitality service, tasting events, private client sales, range management and local marketing efforts.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and advise on wine, spirits and specialist beer purchases at all levels.
  • A sales instinct and commercial awareness to help grow retail sales and private client fine wine opportunities.
  • A high level of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness together with a positive, driven and self-motivating attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail as well as being energetic and physically fit.
  • A good degree of common sense, as well as the ability to problem solve and be flexible where required.
  • Experience of organising, hosting and marketing tasting events.
  • A smart, professional image and attitude coupled with a warm, friendly manner and a sense of humour.

You should also have:

  • A demonstrable passion for and good knowledge of wine, spirits & craft beer (minimum WSET Level 3 or similar experience)
  • Excellent numeracy, with good excel and written communication skills.
  • Good IT and technology skills
  • A willingness to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
  • Hospitality experience would be beneficial for our drink-in offering.

Wine Advisor (Flexible hours)


We are currently seeking passionate wine enthusiasts to join our dynamic wine stores across South West London.

Our stores offer a range of over 800 wines from both iconic producers and rising stars from every corner of the world. In addition, all our stores host a dynamic in store tasting and events calendar led by our teams.

This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in an exciting range and to engage with and advise our customers on our wines, to present your own tastings around a broad range of themes and topics whilst constantly learning and developing your wine knowledge.

We are able to offer flexible working hours with both part and full-time roles depending on your circumstances.

Flexible Part-Time Driver - 5-10h/week


We are currently seeking a reliable and trustworthy driver to do customer deliveries and transfer stock between branches in South West London area on fixed days each week, using our small electric company van. We need a professional and flexible individual who is well presented, friendly, organised and a good communicator.


  • Clean current driving license.
  • Physically fit and able to load and unload multiple cases of wine (approx.16kg) on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to check deliveries thoroughly and write delivery notes.
  • Ability to organise and plan workload with staff at four different sites.
  • Flexible & able to work 1-2 days per week (e.g. Tues, Thurs & Saturday) for 3-5 hours per day.
  • Ability to do additional hours/days in busy Christmas/Summer period would be useful.
  • Good references required.

HR Manager


We are seeking a qualified HR Professional with a minimum five years experience in SME’s, to support our staff and management team and ensure in our growing company has an outstanding culture and staff support systems.


  • Full responsibility & ownership for main HR matters across the company and assess, review, and recommend based on your experience.
  • Excellent communicator, people person and problem solver.
  • Well organised with an eye for detail and an on-going understanding of current HR practice and legal requirements regarding employment law and related topics.
  • Strong general IT skills and awareness of MS Teams and HR Software packages for SME’s.
  • Identify weaknesses and risks and take action to resolve with senior managers. Looking out across wider company to protect the business and its employees from risks associated with HR internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director and Operations Manager.
  • Conduct quarterly welfare chats with all staff members.
  • Oversee Staff annual and probation reviews.
  • Manage development plans based on aspirations in annual reviews and monitor progress.
  • Contracts and staff & company policies: Responsible for all staff, company, health and safety policies, ensuring the company is compliant with current legislation and good practice.
  • Includes review of existing policies & guidance documentation.
  • Company newsletter updates on any HR matters and new employees with “interesting facts”.
  • Holiday management/recording in conjunction with Ops Manager.

Working Hours

Flexible One day a week – 4-8hrs per week based on seasonal requirements of the business.

Hourly pay based on experience.
