Description

A lovely quality amontillado with classic toasted hazelnut aromas, dried fruit notes, and a savoury finish testament to its earlier life as a Fino, balanced with a hint of sweetness. Ideal paired with aged Manchego or Chorizo. There were two arches at the entrance to the winery at Plaza del Cubo, where this Amontillado was aged. Each one was dedicated to one of Emilio Lustau's sons wives: Arco de Zuri (for Emilio Lustau Ruiz-Berdejo's wife) and Trini (wife of Jose Luis Lustau Ruiz-Berdejo)

Aged following an oxidative ageing for 12 years in Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera.

Lustau is one of the leading producers in Jerez. As well as producing their own sherries from the Solera Reserva range, Lustau has also pioneered the concept of Almacenista bottlings - choosing specific plots from the warehouses of small independent sherry maturers and bottling them separately.Alongside these two ranges we also offer exclusive single casks bottlings from Lustau, their brandies and also their new En Rama range, available on allocation.
