Del Professore, Authentic Crocodile Gin

This is the third Gin in the Del Professore range, all of which represent the rediscovery of a lost styles of spirits production: this one in particular represents an Old Tom style Gin from the 19th century.

The Crocodile Gin is very fresh, with intense aromas of juniper and citrus, surrounded by nuances of coriander, elderflower and Jamaican pepper. On the palate it is full bodied and smooth, gently softened by notes of vanilla and exotic spices.
