Jean-Francois Ganevat, 'Kopin', Vin de France 2017

Very light gold colour. Nose of lemon, sea shells, salty breeze and herbs. Bright on the palate with a high acidity level and a touch of bitterness on the finish that falls quickly. Flavours of lemon, citrus fruit and sea grass. Kopin is a blend of Chardonnay (from Jura and d Maconnais in Burgundy) and 30% Riesling (Alsace). Aged one year in 10 years old oak barrels. Certified organic and natural winemaking procedures.
