This Traditional Quality Sparkling Wine is made from a combination of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. These classic French varieties give this wine a creamy mousse, a fruity and harmonious taste and good length focussed on freshness.

This wine has a robust body and its overall style is, one of richness. The notes of citrus vibrate in the background while riper, more exotic aromas appear. The acidity, however, always remains wonderfully crisp, which also helps this wine mature beautifully.

Karl Haidle, Stetten Lemberger 2023

The colour on this Lemberger is dark red with light purple hues A lovely nose which is dominated by black cherry, blackberry, cassis and fine smoke, with a touch of gentle herbal savouriness. The palate has grippy tannin, plus invigorating acidity, fruity-tart, some elderberry, fine minerality, good length, has a lot of traction and dynamism.

Chateau Hourbanon, Medoc 2016

A full bodied red wine with strong aromas of black fruit, notes of cassis, cherries and earth. The palate bold, with high acidity and firm tannins, well structured yet elegant on the palate and a silky, textured finish.

Castello Gabiano, La Braja Barbera D'Asti 2022

Intense ruby red with lifted aromas of ripe red cherry, wild berries, plum, and violet, accented by hints of sweet spice and subtle earthiness. On the palate it is bright, juicy, and medium-bodied, driven by Barbera’s hallmark lively acidity. Flavours of fresh cherry, raspberry, and cranberry unfold alongside notes of liqorice and gentle oak. The texture is smooth and energetic, finishing with clean, refreshing acidity and a touch of minerality. Excellent with pasta al ragù, grilled sausages, pizza with cured meats, roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses.
