Creamy and yeasty on the nose with ripe red fruits. A crisp palate full of minerality and power tempers its high acidity, creating a balanced and accomplished cuvee.
Wonderful floral aromas with pinches of ripe peach and cream. The palate sumptuous ripe pear, with a super saline finish. There is a nice weight with a bright zip of acidity. Super refreshing and very moreish.
A light tawny edge to the colour, some development, fig, tar, leather, a mineral dry extract to begin - that volcanic rock - some bright acidity, savoury maturity. Puzzling gold kettle label
Ruby in colour. Aromas of berry marmalade and cherry with a light touch of liquorice and sweet spice. The palate is generous with a fruity intensity and fine tannins.
Bright and fresh the nose has bramble and bilberry the start of the palate is light. The mid palate has rich ripe black cherry and sloe and although the tannins are firm at the moment there is sweetness more depth of fruit at the back.
