Agiorgitiko from a 1 hectar site at 350m above sea level on calcareous in the Koutsi area, 15 year old vines on average. Hand-harvested, fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 24 degrees. Minimal sulphur added and only 5,500 bottles made.
A 3rd generation 12-ha family estate, run by Dimitris Nikolau. Moved to organic and low-intervention in 1999 to protect the environment & ecosystem of the Asops river, whilst raising the quality and purity of the wine
