Description

Light colour with green hues. Aromas of fresh lime, green apple, notes of pear and apricot, and a hint of thyme and rosemary. A full-bodied wine, with sharp acidity and the distinctive minerality of Santorini’s Assyrtiko wines.

This is from 150 year old vines (not an unusual feature of Santorini vineyard) and it has been fermented in cement (an old-fashioned though returning material for fermentation tanks), which I think has contributed a bit to the purity of the fruit.
