The Ultimate Rose Mixed Case

This selection has been carefully curated with some of the best rose wines for the summer to enjoy under the sun, on their own or around a barbecue with family and friends.

• Domaine Mont d'Hortes, Cuvee des 4 Saisons Rose, France 2022

Fantastic value pale, fresh and dry rose in the Provence style. Fragrant with fresh juicy red berry fruit and a touch of dried herbs - the ideal aperitif rose.

• Maitres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez, Les Voiles Rose, France 2022

Very pale with enticing aromas of grapefruit, lychee and mango. A fresh and structured palate, each sip ending with a long, ample refreshing finish. Perfect on its own or with salads and roasted vegetables.

• Pattingham Vineyard, Moor Meadow Rose, England 2021

This English blush is a blend of Pinot Noir and Solaris filled with soft summer fruits of ripe raspberry and freshly picked strawberry followed by a wonderfully refreshing citrus finish. 

• Rola Rose, Portugal 2020

A delightful deep salmon pink in colour. Aroma of red fruits, light minerals and a soft vegetal influence.  The palate is rich with lovely red berries, perception of tannin, creamy, long finish always with great presence. A rose with ambition and presence.

• Katharina Wechsler, Sexy MF Rose, Germany 2021

This Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir) Rose is a cloudy, dark rose, super spritzy with lots of red fruits, floral notes and a bit of cocoa bean. Bone dry with finely structured acidity, this lovely rose has a good grip and a long finish with a hint of spice.

MF you may ask? It isn't what you think... but rather a reference to the Pinot Noir clone used for this rose: Marienfelder Spatburgunder.

• Huia, Rose Brut, New Zealand 2018

The sparkling rose has a nose full of red berry character showing strawberry, cherry along with some lovely fresh baked bread undertones. Light strawberry and cherry fruit retain freshness on the palate. A beautiful creamy fresh dry finish.
