- Varnier-Fanniere, Esprit de Craie Extra Brut Avize Grand Cru, France NV
'Esprit de Craie' translates as 'spirit of the chalk'. This 100% Chardonnay Cuvee is made from a blend of the two chalkiest parcels of the Varnier-Fanniere vineyard holdings, giving a wonderfully mineral style. Ideal as an aperitif, expect lovely citrus notes, green apple and brioche. Dosage: 6g/L
- Chateau de Meursault, Bourgogne Blanc Terroir d' Exception, France 2018
This Burgundy is called Terroir d’Exception because it borders Meursault Perrières. This small parcel gives a wine with the minerality and finesse obtained from its noble neighbour. Open nose of lemon and vanilla notes, fresh and well balanced mouth. Beautiful and saline finish thanks to aging on lees and terroir minerality.

This Bolgheri Rosso is a classic, but unconventional blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, featuring all the qualities of a full bodied Bolgheri wine - it is elegant, full of ripe fruit, it has silky tannins, a minerality to it, and it is extremely drinkable.
