Table Talk & Tasting - Paola Sordo of Sordo Barolo - Chiswick 25th September

Join us for a tasting experience of a different kind. Enjoy a relaxed and informative tasting with Paola Sordo of Sordo Barolo (Piedmont, Italy). Paola, the fourth generation of this family estate, is young and full of energy. Sordo are centred at the very heart of Barolo, and cunningly, the family has built up holdings in eight of the nine 'crus' over the years. These 'crus' are single vineyard sites that produce some of the very best wine in Barolo but at a more affordable level than many.  Furthermore, the family do not release the wines until they begin to peak, some having hit perfect maturity. One of these stunning older vintages will be available to taste with Paola on the night. If you love Barolo, this is a not-to-be-missed event. On the night, we will uncork four of their phenomenal wines and serve them alongside our delicious cheese platters.
