With the off dry palate balancing the natural acidity of the Riesling grape these aromas complement the youthful citrus flavours of the palate. A fresh, energetic, crisp, youthful Riesling, suiting any food of the same nature, particularly good with spicy dishes where the off dry balance complements the chilli.
