Chardonnay grapes come from across Gonet's terroirs - the Côte des Blancs, the Côte de Sezanne and Montgueux. The wine is characterised by its supple freshness. This is the house’s emblematic cuvée. It is a champagne for all occasions and and reflects the style of the winemaker : mineral focused.

40% of grapes come from Grand Cru sites around Le Mesnil. The wine is aged for 3 years on lees and contains 30% of reserve wines. Dosage around 7g/L - Low end of 'Brut' category (6-12g/L Sugar).

The family estate was established in 1830 in the heart of The Côte des Blancs, in Champagne. Chantal and Pierre Gonet, brother and sister, are now leading the estate. Pierre, the wine maker aims to convey the pure beauty and alliance of both the cellar - which is exceptional, and the vine - Grand Cru sites dotted around Le Mesnil.  He creats wines of terroir that are precise, delicate and defined. Chantal heads sales and marketing bringing these exceptional wines to the world.
