Great stories: Wines of the ancient world, from Georgia to Greece - Kew Thursday 21st March

A newly resurgent Greek wine industry is rightly proud of it's ancient pedigree, but Georgia (Colchins) got there first 6000 years ago. Looking across the Black sea, how do the wines of Thrace (Bulgaria) hold up? Further south, what of the Levant? We will find out with a tour of the world before Julius Ceasar.

This event will be hosted by our in-house experts and will include up to nine wines served along with some charcuterie and cheese.
