• AJ Adam Dhroner, Riesling Trocken 2020

Bone dry and very focused with fabulous honeyed fruit ripeness. Five months of lees ageing give a beautifully creamy, textural quality. Lean, tense and vibrant at first, it opens onto more exotic fruits on the palate. 

• Katharina Wechsler, Riesling Kirchspiel 2017 – Organic, Biodynamic

Dry and full of zingy lemon peel and grapefruit with crisp pear, herbal notes and hints of apricots from ageing. Fresh acidity and minerality make it perfect with seafood and Asian dishes such as Pad Thai.

• Knewitz, Holzfass Chardonnay 2020

If you love Meursault, you must try this. Creamy and textured on the palate, with pure citrus fruit, oak spices and delicious buttered toast aromas.

• Ziereisen, Spatburgunder 2018

This Pinot Noir matured in large wooden barrels for 24 months. An almost natural red wine showing nuances of red berries, cherries and spices in the bouquet. Mouth-watering with fresh berry aromas and fine-tart chocolate hints.

• Bernhard Huber, Malterdinger Spatburgunder 2019

Pure and elegant Pinot Noir, full of flowers, fine red cherry and wild strawberries with rose hip-infused red fruit allied to classical Huber energy. Fine-boned without any oak, this is extremely well made - both refreshing and satisfying.

• Karl Haidle, Lemberger Stettener Berge GG 2020 – Organic, Biodynamic

A full-bodied Lemberger with juicy red currants and elderberries with spices of bay leaf and black pepper, smoky notes and tobacco. The saline finish is unendingly complex. A top-class representative of the Lemberger variety, try it with grilled beef or lamb and pot roast.
