100% Chardonnay. From a family vineyard with a density of 8,000 plants per hectare, an average age of 30 years, a yield of 25 hl/ha - on clay-limestone soil in the municipality of Frontenas (Beaujolais meridionale). The harvesting of the grapes, cultivated organically, is manual and after a cooling to 12 degrees the traditional pressing takes place with a vertical press of wood. Classic maturation of 20 months in barrique and demi-muid without any type of addition for a wine that fully reflects the direct, pure and crystalline style of the winery.
