• Katharina Wechsler, Fehlfarbe Silvaner Pet Nat 2020, Rheinhessen, Germany – Organic, Biodynamic Practices, Natural

Pure and light Silvaner Pet Nat with delicate bubbles, intense and fragrant apple crumble, fresh citrus, herbs and fine spice with a juicy finish.

• Domaine Les Hautes Noelles, Flores 2020, Loire Valley, France – Organic

From the Muscadet region but 100% Grolleau Gris. Crisp and fresh with grapefruit, mango and pineapple aromas and a hint of white pepper.

• Ossian, Rueda Blanco 2016, Spain – Organic

Made from very old vines, this is a stunning wine with great richness. Subtly honeyed with waxed lemon and stone fruits, layered with toasted spices and notes of salted almonds with a moreish salinity. Slight oxidative notes which only add to the complexity and make this wine superb.

• I Fabbri, Terre di Lamole, Chianti Classico 2019, Tuscany, Italy – Organic, Biodynamic conversion

With its 700m of altitude, Lamole is considered the roof of the Chianti Classico, resulting in a wine with intense and fragrant notes of violets and red fruits, mild and sweet tannins and a long finish. Ideal with a beef ragù.

• Karl Haidle, Lemberger Bunter Mergel 2021, Wurttemberg, Germany – Organic, Biodynamic

The nose is dominated by a lovely blend of red and black berries followed by a burst of black pepper and clove. Very juicy with fine grained tannins give a lovely mouthfeel.

• Domaine du Traginer, Collioure Cuvee d'Octobre 2016, France – Organic, Biodynamic

Nestled between the Pyrenees mountains and the sea, these wines are characterised by a moreish salinity. Notes of blackberry, cherry, leather and dried thyme combine beautifully followed by a long spicy and complex finish.
