  • Karl Haidle, Chardonnay- Pinot Noir Brut Sekt 1869, Germany NV
This sparkling wine is elegant, showing aromas of yellow apple, quince, and a hint of apricot with a light note of fresh pastries. The slightly creamy texture and delicate bubbles will make you want another glass. 1869 refers to the date David Haidle bought the house which has been the family's home for generations and is now their winery.
  • Gaia Wines, Wild Ferment Moschofilero, Greece 2022

A complex and lifted wine with characteristic aromas of rose, jasmine and sweet
lemon underpinned by delicious buttery notes. Nerve and tension perfectly balance
the aromatic and richly flavoured palate.

  • Sokol Blosser, Evolution Lucky No.9 White, USA 2020

An aromatic wine with heaps of citrus notes like lychee and lime zest, hints of tropical fruit and just a touch melon. Bright acidity lingers on the finish to balance with residual sugar.

  • Graillot & Thalvin, Tandem Syrah, Morocco 2018

Alain Graillot is best known in the Northern Rhone for his excellent Crozes-Hermitage wines. Here he has turned his hand to an altogether different terroir for Syrah - Morocco. As might be expected from the warmer climate, this is bigger and riper than a classic Rhone Syrah - more Southern Rhone in character than Northern - but has a definite 'old world' feel from spicy complexity and structure.

An expressive and elegant red blend with intense in ripe and jammy red fruits and hints of spicy and toasted notes. Very soft and delicate tannins with a velvety finish. Try it with duck, roasted vegetables, pork belly, or intense cow milk cheeses.
  • Bodega Pablo Fallabrino, Alcyone Tannat Dessert Wine NV, Uruguay (50cl)
This unique wine combines two different techniques for dessert wines, Barolo chinato and Marsala. This wine is aromatised with several roots and herbs. The base wine was aged for several years in French oak barrels. Polished tannins, radiant purple hue and honey like texture. Touched with a bouquet of winter flowers, Madagascan vanilla bean and wild apple mint indulged with a warmth and savor of white cacao souffle. Savoury and longsome finish. This is a must for those who love well made dessert wines!
