The nose has lovely intensity to it full of fruit tones, apple, pineapple and crisp citrus fruits. Underlying this is sift hints of herbs and freshly baked bread. Fresh, pleasant, and rounded on the palate showing a balanced of acidity against richness.
- Diwald, Gruner Veltliner vom Loss, Austria 2021
Ripe, spicy and creamy yet light on its feet – everything that is so typical of Gruner Veltliner and loess. A charming, inviting wine which will marry well with many different dishes. It’s great fun in its youth but also has good cellaring potential.

Pale Straw, with tinges of green in colour. The nose is a fruit salad of lemon sherbet, lime, green apple, melon and pineapple. Luscious and full flavoured palate of lemon curd flavours dominate, with mouth-watering minerality
- Chateau Lauduc, Grande Cuvee, Bordeaux Superieur, France 2019
The nose is full of complexity and intensity with dark ripe fruit, black cherry and blackberry. Slightly smoky, vegetal and spice aromas lingers along with a fresh light minty note on the finish. A cheese platter and/or a game terrine would make a perfect match.

Luscious and majestic, this blend of Sangiovese and Merlot spends 18 months in oak barrels and large casks, resulting in fragrant dark cherry, dark plum and mulberry aromas with delicate cinnamon and cocoa hints.
- Bodega del Rio Elorza, Verum Pinot Noir, Argentina 2020
From Patagonia, this fresh and smooth Pinot Noir is full of strawberry and roses, opening up on the mid-palate with elegant raspberry and red cherry notes. Round and silky tannins, it is balanced and elegant. Very more-ish!
