J.Laurens, Cremant de Limoux Graimenous 2023

Made like a Champagne but from South of France, this is a lively and bright fizz with intense citrusy notes and just a hint of yeasty savouriness overlaying the lifted fruit aromas.

Domaine de L' Epinay, Muscadet Tradition- Les Gang des Nantais 2025

A beautiful bright pale yellow in colour. the nose is fine yet discreet with aromas of fresh fruit and crisp citrus. The palate is fresh and zesty with a slight effervescence on the tip of the tongue.

Weingut Lentsch, Blaufrankisch Rose 2025

A gorgeous fruity nose, fragrant and fresh. The palate has a cool touch with red currant fruit leading the way. A very pleasant drink with a flow of refreshing acidity and a lovely finish.

BLANK Bottle, Master of None 2023

The Master of None is a red wine, partly made of white grape varieties giving the resulting lots of drinkability, but also complexity. Besides Grenache, Cinsault, Pinot Noir, and Syrah, the wine is made of Fernao Pires, Chenin Blanc, Palomino and Riesling. Harmonious, fragrant, smooth, with soft, integrated tannins and lots of concentration, this is mouth-watering treat like no other.

Tellurian, Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2022

Vibrant and expressive, the 2022 Tellurian GSM showcases the harmony of these three Rhône varieties in a distinctly Heathcote style. Aromas of wild raspberry, spiced plum and dried herbs lead the nose, with undertones of cracked pepper, rose petal and earth. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with layers of red cherry, blackberry and savoury spice wrapped in fine tannins. Subtle oak influence adds warmth and structure, while a fresh acidity carries through to a long, elegant finish.

Leza Garcia, Rioja Reserva 2020

Savoury notes, black fruits, blackcurrant leaf and cherries define the nose and the palate of this Reserva. It is rounded and soft, with plenty of freshness – a signature of Leza Garcia's wines. Well-integrated oak doesn't stand in the way of shiny, bright fruit. Its long, warm finish with spice and a hint of earthiness give us a lovely autumny, wintery feel. A gastronomic wine.
