Ossian, Rueda Blanco 2016, Spain – Organic
Made from very old vines, this is a stunning wine with great richness. Subtly honeyed with waxed lemon and stone fruits, layered with toasted spices and notes of salted almonds with a moreish salinity. Slight oxidative notes which only add to the complexity and make this wine superb.
- Genetie, Bourgogne Pinot Noir Illumine 2019, France
Refreshing soft berry aromas with flavours of wild strawberry in spring woodlands. Bright and exciting, this wine is both enticing and elegant with finesse. Will pair beautifully with lean meats, a classic roast chicken or mild cheeses such as brie.

100% Sangiovese fermented in large oak barrels with 25% whole bunches to give a savoury complexity. Exotic red cherry fruit and a great balance between elegance and power.
