The Angiolino Maule, Masieri Bianco offers a delicate, flowery, citrusy blend of predominately Garganega and a drop of Trebbiano made in stainless steel. Flavours of tart lemon, key limes and almond skin. A fuller bodied white with generous acidity and a savoury finish.

Made from spontaneously fermented grapes from vines grown in volcanic soils, using natural methods. Unfiltered with no added sulphites. Masieri Bianco is a blend of 90% Garganega and the rest is made up of Trebbiano. The wine is kept fresh by fermentation in stainless steel with no skin contact.

Angiolino Maule began his career as a pizza maker but later decided to ditch pizza for wine. He chose Gambellara in the Veneto region to make his wine because he wanted to concentrate on the Garganega grape found in the famous Soave wines. He has 9 hectares of mostly Garganega vines and some Trebbiano. Angiolino believes good wine is a product of quality farming which is why he doesn’t use chemicals in his vineyards and farms biodynamically. He stays consistent in the winery and does not add chemicals to the wines which includes no fining or filtering and no added yeasts or sulphur.
