If you're new to Godello, this is the one to start with. White flowers, chamomile, candied pineapple and cantaloupe with hints of toast and nuts, membrillo, honey and a wisp of smoke. Amazing structure, almost like a Puligny with excellent weight and length.

Bright stone-fruit nose with a little touch of honey and lovely oxidative notes, a fino sherry-like quality and salted almonds. Bright acidity on the palate with a very persistent and fresh mineral finish.

Alfredo Maestro, El Marciano, Castilla y Leon 2021 – 100% Garnacha
This organic and biodynamic red is elegant and pure with bright red cherry and floral notes with a refreshing minerality. Unfined and unfiltered.

Raul Perez, La Vizcaina, La Vitoriana, Bierzo 2019 – 90% Mencia, 10% Bastardo
Wonderful vibrancy and freshness, with delicate perfumed characters and a punch of darker fruit and spice. Delicious savoury nuances on the finish with finely structured tannins. A truly elegant, unique wine. Only 5,800 bottles produced.

Els Vil Lusionistes, Unanim Simbiosi, Priorat 2018 – 100% Carignan
An absolute star bottle. It is a young wine from old vines showing Carignan in its purest state. Full bodied with lovely ripe blueberry, graphite, tobacco, warm spices and a delicate smokiness. Elegant tannins and a long, very intense finish.
