• Karl Haidle, 1869 Pinot Chardonnay – Organic, Biodynamic

This sparkling wine is elegant, showing aromas of yellow apple, quince, a hint of apricot with a light note of fresh pastries. The slightly creamy texture and delicate bubbles will make you want another glass.

• Karl Haidle, Lemberger Bunter Mergel 2021 – Organic, Biodynamic

The nose is dominated by a lovely blend of red and black berries followed by a burst of black pepper and clove. Very juicy with fine grained tannins give a lovely mouthfeel.

• Karl Haidle, Lemberger Stettener Hader 2020 – Organic, Biodynamic

A full-bodied Lemberger with youthful tannins and an elegant acidity. Full of black fruits, especially blackberry and plum with spice aromas. It would be an elegant match with game and braised meat dishes.

• Katharina Wechsler, Westhofener Riesling 2018 – Organic, Biodynamic

This dry Riesling is light and crisp with crunchy apples and hints of apricots with a flinty minerality and a long, clean finish.

• Katharina Wechsler, Sexy MF Rose 2021 – Organic, Biodynamic

This Spatburgunder is a cloudy dark rosé, super spritzy with lots of red fruits, floral notes and a bit of cocoa bean. Bone dry with finely structured acidity and a long finish with a hint of spice.

• Katharina Wechsler, Scheurebe 2021 – Organic, Biodynamic

Clear and elegant with aromas of grapefruit and gooseberry and a ripe exotic touch. The refreshing acidity harmonises wonderfully as an opponent.
