  • Gallimard, Cuvee Prestige Brut 2017
Four years of cellar ageing has given this wine a beautiful coppery gold colour and a fine mousse. Aromas of white flowers, lemon and toasted bread. Ripe fruit and honey on the palate and a long persistent finish.

  • Karl Haidle, Riesling Stettener Pulvermacher GG 2021

The Pulvermächer Riesling has a distinctive set of aromas. There is a notable mineral cast to its acidity, helping convey a range of aromatic herbs reminiscent of anise and fennel. The wine exudes a brilliant elegance and finesse laced with subtle sophistication.

  • Restless River, 'Ava Marie' Chardonnay 2021

Named after the producers' daughter, Ava Marie is sophisticated and elegant. A delicate use of oak, combined with ripe fruit and a fresh acidity ensures a well-balanced, exciting wine that will reward with a bit of aging. Delicious with most foods, including cheeses as well as with hot and spicy dishes.

  • The Eyrie Vineyard, Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2018

A wonderful, expressive Pinot Noir full of wonderful aromas black cherry, dried cherry, dried herbs, and a hint of mint. The palate is fresh, light and ripe with juicy cherry, cranberry fruit that moves gracefully across the palate with balanced acidity and offers warm savoury spice like cinnamon, anise and liquorice on a long complex finish.

  • Tenuta di Argiano, Brunello di Montalcino 2019
Remarkably supple considering its youthfulness, this Brunello shows the classic characters of sweet toasty oak and earthy fruit that sangiovese typically produces. Complex and ripe tannic structure, this is a wine that will develop in bottle for a number of years to come but can give great pleasure now if decanted for a couple of hours prior to drinking.

A glorious dark golden colour, The nose is full of caramelised nuts, thick and creamy with that hallmark bitter orange The palate has warming sweet spice, and rich orangey citrus so very intense and long,. We absolutely love this sensational sweet wine.
