Domaine Siouvette, L’Exception Rose 2025

A historic Provence estate producing a pale pink rose with notes of small red berries and bright fruit on the palate. The grapes are harvested by hand and later macerated on the skins to provide the classic light pink, Domaine Siouvette lies at the base of the Maures massif, nearby to St-Tropez, and covers 20 hectares of south-facing vines. This wine is an ideal pairing for Mediterranean dishes or simply by itself in the sunshine.

La Calcinara, Clochard 2024

Named Clochard, meaning 'vagrant' in French, for being produced from Verdicchio vines that lie outside the Verdicchio Castelli DOC boundary. Lime zest, spring hawthorn and apple blossom, with a fine, chalky element and touch of cardamom too. The palate is zippy and bursting with life - lime juice, a gentle bitter and creamy almond note, and briney freshness too, finishing with long, yellow-pepper accented tang.

It has spent 13 months on its lees in French oak barriques (30% new oak) which rounds out the blackcurrant, cedar, and chocolate notes.
