This Blanc de Noirs is vibrant and delicious right from the outset with incredible purity and focus. Autolysis helps to add complexity and balance but the precise acidity ensures a refreshing nature that will absolutely leave you wanting a second glass. Brut Nature and no added sulphur ensure the natural fruit is allowed to shine.

Lucie Thieblemont first harvest of her eponymous project was only 2017, but she is no newcomer to the world of fine wine, having worked with partner Charly Nicolle in Chablis since 2012. Vines for Lucies crémant fall just outside of Chablis and truly show the tense minerality that is immediately reminiscent of the area.
