Each case contains one of each of the following:
A crisp and refreshing sparkling wine with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, and subtle floral notes. The palate is clean and balanced, featuring fine bubbles and a dry finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light tapas, seafood, or fresh salads.
Karl Haidle, Riesling Ritzling 2024
Accents of lime and lemon peel with green apple. Refreshing, mouth-watering acidity with a crystalline minerality. Pairs well with salads and vegetables as well as seafood.
Notes of exotic fruit, with hints of savory complexity. A combination of crisp acidity from the Chenin Blanc, richness from the Roussanne, and the exotic fruit of the Verdelho. A creamy, textured quality achieved through native yeast fermentation and aging on its lees. Bright and fresh, making it an excellent "weeknight warrior" wine.
Villa Cerna, Primocolle Chianti Classico 2022
Super complex nose of nutmeg, rose hips, fresh raspberries. The palate full of thyme, button mushrooms and dried flowers and warm liquorice, Deliciously salty and juicy with fine-grained tannins, a medium body and tasty, spicy finish.
Chateau du Donjon, Vin de Garde Minervois 2019
Ripe blackberry and raspberry fruits, and fragrant black pepper with a lightly herbaceous leafy aspect. Full and luscious on the first taste, its juicy black fruit is nicely balanced by tart, crisp acidity and soft tannins.
Chateau Tirecul, Les Pins Monbazillac 2021 (50cl)
Fragrant and enticing with ripe peach, citrus, honey and white flowers. In the mouth there is a gentle orangey citrus intensity, then dried stone fruits, macerated sultanas and creamy honey, all underpinned by a mouth-watering acidity giving lift and balance.
