This is a extremely limited collection of highly sought after wines from some of the most iconic growers in the Jura & Savoie region of France. Prior to this release the wines have been safely tucked away in our cellar where they gained a few years of bottle age ready for your enjoyment.

Domaine Bourdy, Cotes du Jura Chardonnay 2019
This wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Cotes du Jura region. Domaine Bourdy, a historic estate dating back to the 16th century, uses traditional winemaking techniques, including extended aging in old oak barrels, to produce a Chardonnay that reflects the unique terroir.
Domaine Labet, La Bardette 2018
The iconic Domaine Labet's La Bardette 2018 is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Jura, known for its minimal intervention approach. The wine is produced from old vines planted on limestone soils, which contributes to its distinctive minerality and depth. Fermentation and aging in neutral oak barrels enhance its complexity without overpowering its natural character.
Jean- Francois Ganevat, Chardonnay Montferrand 2015
Jean-Francois Ganevat's legendary Chardonnay Montferrand 2015 comes from his biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Jura. Ganevat, a renowned natural winemaker, employs meticulous vineyard management and traditional methods, including long aging on lees, to create a Chardonnays that showcases the purity and intensity of the Montferrand terroir.
Domaine Bourdy, Cotes du Jura Rouge 2020
This cuvee from Domaine Bourdy is a blend of native Jura grape varieties, including Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. The wine is crafted with a focus on minimal intervention and extended aging in large, old oak barrels, resulting in a wine that embodies the rustic elegance and unique character of the Jura.
Domaine Labet, Les Varrons Pinot Noir 2019
A true gem. Domaine Labet's Les Varrons 2019 is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Jura, characterized by its minimal intervention winemaking approach. The grapes are from a limestone-rich site, and the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in used oak barrels, for a truly remarkable expression of Pinot from the Jura.
Jean-Francois Ganevat, Poulprix Rouge NV
The Poulprix Rouge NV by Jean-Francois Ganevat is a non-vintage blend of Gamay, Poulsard and Savagnin co-fermented with semi-carbonic maceration. Ganevat, a pioneer in natural winemaking, employs biodynamic practices and minimal intervention in the cellar, resulting in truly unique and characterful wines.
