Grown on old vines across various plots, the juice comes together in oak foudres and concrete tanks to produce a wine with abundent notes of beeswax, white flores, citrus, and an underlying minerality. On the nose, you are greeted with fresh citrus zest, white peach, and a delicate herbal finish. For food pairing, think seafood, salads, or any light appetisers.
