Bright, fresh and beautifully food-friendly, this rosé offers aromas of wild strawberies, pink grapefruit, rose petals and subtle herbs. The palate is crisp with juicy red berry fruit balanced by citrus freshness, gentle spice and a lightly savoury finish typical of Xinomavro. 

Refreshing enough for aperitifs yet structured enough for food, this is an incredibly versatile rosé that pairs well with grilled seafood, tomato based dishes, feta salads and barbecue cooking.

Produced entirely from organically farmed Xinomavro grapes grown in Northern Greece. The grapes are gently pressed with limited skin contact to achieve the wine's delicate pink colour and vibrant aromatics. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness, purity and aromatic lift.

The result is a dry, refreshing rosé that shows the variety's naturally savoury and structured character.

Thymiopoulos Vineyards is one of the leading estates in Greece's Macedonia region and has played a major role in redefining modern Greek wine. Founded by Apostolos Thymiopoulos in Naoussa, the winery focuses heavily on organic farming and low-intervention winemaking, with a particular passion for Xinomavro, Greece's noble grape variety.

Known for producing wines with purity, freshness and a strong sense of place, the estate has become internationally recognised for bringing a more elegant and approachable style to Xinomavro.
