Univers - a barrel-aged white wine made from Palomino grapes grown in Sanlucar, Spain. Produced by leading winemakers Alejandro Muchada and David Leclapart, this wine is an ode to the unique terroir of Jerez for complex, unfortified white wines. Grown biodynamically on the coast, it greets you with a saline, fine textyre and hints of chamomile, stone fruit, and almond.
