Vincent Bliard Champagne is based in Hautvillers and is now run by the third generation of the family – Florence and Antoine. Since its infancy, organic viticulture has been a part of the ethos of the house in order to allow the terroir to shine. In the winery they are very much hands-off, leaving the winemakers imprint on the wine as light as possible.
