Description
A ripe, accessible style of the local Ribolla grape - one of Italy's most notable native white grapes. From the Vidussi estate in the Collio region, on the Slovenian border. Fresh and aromatic with notes of guava, mandarin and hints of white pepper. Vibrant fruit on the palate with passion fruit and ripe citrus held together by the racy acidity and mineral notes typical of the Ribolla grape.

Critics Reviews
The Ribolla grapes are cultivated in the Podere di Spessa area of Collio, in Friuli. They are harvested in September, only in the cool teperatures of the morning. After transportation to the winery they undergo a gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel.
The 30 hectare Vidussi estate is situated in the heart of the Collio region. The guyot-trained vineyards stretch between Capriva and Cormons, just several kilometres from the Slovenian border. A range of indigenous and international varities are cultivated here.
