The Noble Harvest is created thanks to the specific conditions in the vineyard. Late harvested grapes of Solaris, thanks to the morning fog and warm autumn days, are covered with the noble mold, Botrytis cinerea. It damages the skin of the grapes, depriving them of some of the water. As a result, the fruit becomes more concentrated in sugars and organic acids.

The wine ferments to a low alcohol level and most of the sugar is left as natural sweetness.

Turnau Jerzy Turnau, was a landowner and creator of agricultural courses in the town of Lviv. History did not allow for a direct continuation of his work, but one of his great-grandsons Zbigniew Turnau has been running a large farm for many years, dealing with the cultivation of cereals crops with the help of his son Jacek. The favourable location and fruit-friendly climate finally gave rise to the question maybe it would be possible to make wine?
