Tillingham, Pinot Blanc NV

This Pinot Blanc is an assemblage of three equal components. The first component is Pinot Blanc from 2020 that has been fermented and aged for 18 months in oak; the second is from 2021 and has been fermented and aged for 6 month in qvevri. The final component is also from 2021 and has been fermented and aged in oak. Everything has been whole-bunch pressed.

Tillingham is set amongst 70 acres of rolling hills and woodlands with far reaching views along the Tillingham River valley and across to the fortified, hill top town of Rye, East Sussex, to the sea and the Romney salt marshes beyond. The philosophy at Tillingham would be best summarised as progressive: incorporating what we know of the best scientific and technological knowledge available to us, whilst championing ancient traditions and best practice learnt from millennia of farming and winemaking. At Tillingham they are committed to farming in a diverse, poly-cultural way, they believe this is not only a highly sustainable approach, but in conjunction with biodynamics, aims to restore soils to an optimum level of organic matter and microbial and wider ecological diversity.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

• £9.99 for orders below £125
• Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
