Produced with grapes from a plot of vines some 85 years old, grown on clayey-limestone with sandstone and flint subsoil. Fermentation in 1200L foudre for 2 months and aged on fine lees in 1200L foudre for 12 months.
Thierry Germain comes from a long line of Bordeaux winemakers. He arrived in the Loire in 1991, attracted by the region’s perfect balance of grape varietal, climate, and 'terroir'. The vineyard is worked in a natural way with the goal of keeping the vine and the soil at its healthiest.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:
