Domaine Siouvette, L’Exception Rose 2025
A historic Provence estate producing a pale pink rose with notes of small red berries and bright fruit on the palate. The grapes are harvested by hand and later macerated on the skins to provide the classic light pink, Domaine Siouvette lies at the base of the Maures massif, nearby to St-Tropez, and covers 20 hectares of south-facing vines. This wine is an ideal pairing for Mediterranean dishes or simply by itself in the sunshine.
Domaine Papagiannakos, Assyrtiko 2024
This Assyrtiko from Attika, just south of Athens, offers a more approachable window into Greece's signature white grape. Fresh floral aromas of citrus, white blossom, mandarin and lime. Further citrus characters on the palate with texture and a pleasant chalky minerality. A zesty, crisp and characterful white with potential to age. Food match: Swordfish - straight off the griddle, or roast belly pork.
Tenuta delle Terre Nere, Etna Bianco 2024
This volcanic wine, from the steep slopes of Mount Etna is a blend of a number of native grape varieties among which 65% Carricante. Dry with very floral aromas of linden blooms. The mineral character, coming from the volcanic soils, gives the wine a salty edge that blends well with the fresh fruity character reminiscent of green apples. Great with pasta, white meat, seafood, fish and lobster.

Saraja, Inkibi Cannonau de Sardegna 2024
Inkibi is a deep ruby-red wine with an expressive, perfumed bouquet of redcurrant, cranberry, and other Mediterranean red fruits, underpinned by warm spicy and earthy notes. On the palate, it is bright and fleshy, offering juicy red berry and forest fruit flavours balanced by soft, gentle tannins and fresh acidity, finishing with a slightly bitter cherry twist
