After a natural ferment, including 30% whole-bunch, that was left on-skins for 6 weeks, the wine was pressed to puncheons and left for one year then the next year, matured in untoasted Stockinger foudre . No additions or encouragement. Unfined and unfiltered.
Ravensworth began its journey in 2001 under the pretext that ‘It seemed like a good idea at the time’ a family affair these days with life-shackled-partners Bryan and Jocelyn Martin teaming up with the brother David Martin. In 2020 they completed the winery and cellar. A large investment in state-of-the-art processing equipment that can deal with all the many varieties grown and purchased each year. All based around small batch production.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
