On the palate, it is polished and harmonious, with layered complexity, red and dark fruit intertwined with spicy and toasted oak, fine-grained tannins, and a lingering, structured finish that suggests good ageing potential. Pairs beautifully with aged red meats, game, rich stews, or hard cheeses, aged Parmesan or Manchego. Its structure and oak influence also make it a good match for more refined or intense dishes.
