Poppy, Pinot Noir 2022

The winemaking technique used here is to get the best extraction of flavour, maintaining a supple and delicate
mouthfeel and fully preserving the colour and varietal character. For that, the fermentation takes place at moderate temperatures with a few pump-overs per day. We press gently, with some of the wine going straight to French oak barrels, and the balance going to the tank for settling. The tank and barrel lots are rotated mid-season.

Poppy, located in Monterey Wine Country, was founded by the Silva Family, who in 2003 endeavored to channel their passions into a carefully crafted wine with a focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Poppy wines are produced from vineyards located in the Santa Lucia Highlands, Arroyo Seco, Monterey and Paso Robles Appellations nestled along California’s Central Coast. Our Careful selection of vineyards ensures that you experience the best of California in every glass.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

• £9.99 for orders below £125
• Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
