Description

One step beyond between a fino and an amontillado. Nose of green almond and hazelnut. Palate very expressive from the beginning until the end, good acidity with a pleasant nutty bitterness on the long finish.

This wine is over 50 years old and made from organic Pedro Ximénez grown in a sandy and limestone vineyard in La Puerta de Segura, Jaén. It was fermented with native yeast with no temperature control and un unfortified
