Description

Lime green in colour. The nose is citrus lead with a floral component. The palate is soft fruity with orange blossom. Fresh and crispy throughout.

O%riginal gives you the complete wine experience without the alcohol. Produced from the grape variety Moscatel and craft using traditional winemaking methods, the alcohol is gently removed by a physical process while preserving the wine´s delicate aromas and flavours. Red grapes are fermented at 24ºC.After fermentation takes place, the wine is dealcoholized by physical process (spinning cone).

José Maria da Fonseca was a pioneer in terms of creating the first Portuguese alcohol-free wines. The brand O%riginal was created in order to reflect the benefits / characteristics of the product itself. A real, authentic wine (original) without alcohol (<0.5%).
