A striking rose-gold or "ramato" (copper) hue with brilliant apricot reflections.  An intense and exotic bouquet featuring ripe apples, honeydew melon, and orange zest. These primary fruits are layered with complex undertones of quince bread, honey, oriental spices, and roasted almonds. The mouthfeel is famously "pillowy" and thick, offering a luscious, texturally layered experience. Flavours of white cherries, melon rind, and licorice are supported by a fine fruit sweetness and vibrant, balanced acidity.

Hand-harvested from four specific vineyards (Bicinins, Pozzut Nuovo, Codis Ovest, and Curtiel) characterized by dolomitic limestone soils.

Maceration: The grapes undergo roughly 30 hours to 3 days of skin contact in open-top tanks to achieve the signature copper colour and texture.

Fermentation: Initiated with a "pied de cuve" (native yeasts from the vineyard) in stainless steel, then moved to 20-hl Slavonian oak casks to complete.

Ageing: Matured for 7 months on fine lees with limited bâtonnage (stirring) during the first eight weeks.
