Brilliant garnet at the core, fading to an amber-tinged rim. A layered, evolving nose with red cherry, dried plum, and baked strawberry. Cedar shavings, cigar box, and subtle sandalwood. Hints of dried herbs, rooibos tea, and balsamic spice. Underlying notes of vanilla pod, clove, and wildflower honey from long oak maturation.
The palate is silky yet structured, offering juicy red fruit wrapped around an elegant tannic frame. Savory complexity tobacco leaf, roasted coffee bean, and dried citrus peel. Polished acidity that keeps the wine lifted and fresh. A long, tapering finish marked by spice, gentle toast, and lingering red-fruit purity. Medium-to-full bodied, with ultra-fine tannins and a harmonious balance between fruit, acidity, and oak-derived flavors.
