This 100% Merlot is aged in Amphorae, meaning it doesn’t see any contact with oak, and uses very low sulphur. Gravel and sandy soils give this red an elegant and powerful character.
Marius was born in a small village in the Ariege Pyrenees, he dreamed of being a teacher but he turned out to be a winegrower. The culmination of a simple life. This terroir wine intends to tell you more about classicism, peasant elegance of a blessed era when Bordeaux was synonymous with "drinkability" as we say now.
