Delicate and expressive character, featuring red fruit notes and subtle spice.  Aromas of morello cherry, raspberry, and a hint of licorice. The mouthfeel is silky and subtly spicy, with elegant tannins and a beautiful length. Pairs well with poultry, such as a chicken fillet with morels, or with creamy cheeses like Mont d'Or.

The wines are made with a focus on purity and authenticity, using grapes from carefully selected plots. Fermented with natural yeast and bottled them unfined and unfiltered, with only a minimal addition of sulfites.

Maison Altisoliswas established in 2023 by Vincent Quenard, a winemaker with a deep respect for Burgundy's terroirs and a modern, creative approach.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

  • £9.99 for orders below £125
  • Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
