Sourced from an exceptional heritage parcel of Sémillon vines planted before 1960, this organic sweet wine offers a remarkably vibrant alternative to heavy, syrup-laden dessert styles. It brilliantly captures the honeyed complexity of Cadillac’s botrytised terroir while keeping a lively, high-acid backbone that cleanses the palate. Pouring a brilliant golden yellow, it opens with a beautifully pure bouquet of fresh apricot, sun-dried orchard fruits, and delicate hints of acacia honey. The palate is wonderfully rich and unctuous, offering layers of candied stone fruit balanced perfectly by a clean, lingering, and refreshing finish.
