Dry sparkling wine with a light to medium body, vibrant acidity, and a refined, structured mousse. Fine, persistent bubbles carry aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and white peach, layered with subtle notes of brioche and toasted almond from lees ageing. The palate is crisp and focused, with bright acidity balanced by a creamy texture and a long, elegant finish. Ideal with oysters, seafood, light canapés, or soft cheeses. Also well suited as an apéritif or celebratory wine.
